I’m sick of bugs getting into my helmet through the upper air-vents on my Neotec II helmet, so it’s time to take the vent apart and to fit a screen filter to the air-intakes.

Yes, it’s possible and super easy to do something for the font-vent too, this is even easier, as you can simply push some material down, trapping it with the breath guard, no removal of vents required.
Here are the orientations of the tabs. Note the different directions on the front and rear tabs. Knowing this helps you to flex the plate correctly to easily remove the plate:
